- We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented TPM, Metrics and Reporting to join theEngineering Operations team.
- This critical role is responsible for transforming complex operationaland performance data into clear, actionable metrics and dashboards focused on vendorperformance for both hands-on engineering teams and high-level management.
- The scope of workis broad, encompassing core engineering performance indicators as well as strategic metricsrelated to vendor performance, costs, and resource utilization.
- You will be instrumental in helping todrive data-informed decisions across the entire engineering organization.
- Metrics Definition: Define and implement specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)tailored to engineering disciplines, finance and vendor performance.?
- Executive Dashboards: Develop and maintain vendor scorecards and high-level,aggregated reports and presentations for management, focusing on trends, strategic goals,vendor performance summaries, and business impact.?
- Vendor and Cost Analysis: Develop reporting infrastructure specifically focused on vendorperformance, service level agreement (SLA) tracking, and cost optimization opportunities?
- Data Governance and Integrity: Oversee the data quality and accuracy of all engineeringmetrics. Ensure consistency in definition and reporting methodology across allorganizational levels.?
- Insight Generation: Proactively analyze data trends, identify potential risks and translatefindings into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership.Required Qualifications?
- Experience: Hands on experience in engineering and vendor performance KPIs and 4+years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or an operational role focused on strategic reporting within a large-scale technology or engineering organization.?
- Visualization Tools: Advanced skill in developing and administering professionaldashboards using major BI platforms (e.g., Looker).?
- Business Literacy: Experience working with non-engineering data, such as vendorcontracts, financial tracking, or resource allocation, to develop and track strategic performance metrics for executive audiences.?
- Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex data into concise narratives andvisualizations tailored
