Job Description Title: Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) Status: Full Time Location: Cumming, GA Salary: Salary to be discussed by the Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter U.S. Citizens Only Position Overview An established outpatient healthcare practice is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a collaborative clinical team dedicated to delivering comprehensive patient care. This position combines preventive health, wellness, acute care, and chronic disease management, with a strong emphasis on patient education and long-term health improvement through lifestyle-focused treatment strategies. The provider will work closely with a supervising physician and interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care, promote wellness initiatives, and help patients achieve better health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform pre-employment physical examinations and annual wellness assessments Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of acute illnesses and injuries Manage chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical guidelines Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician Conduct preventive health screenings and support wellness initiatives Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and health maintenance Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as appropriate Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers when necessary Collaborate with medical leadership and stakeholders regarding patient care matters Support occupational health services, including oversight of respirator fit testing and hearing evaluations performed by clinical staff Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation Assist with clinic operations and additional responsibilities as needed Required Qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA) Active and unrestricted state license Minimum of one year of experience in one or more of the following settings: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Urgent Care Current BLS certification Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment Commitment to delivering patient-centered care Comfortable caring for pediatric patients in a clinical setting beyond routine wellness visits, milestone assessments, and vaccine management Preferred Qualifications DEA license Experience in occupational health, employee health, or wellness-focused clinical settings Experience working across multiple patient care environmentsExperience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and organizational stakeholdersLocal ties to the Cumming, GA area or surrounding communities Strong interest in lifestyle medicine and utilizing lifestyle-based interventions as part of chronic disease management and preventive care Ideal Candidate Profile Be local to the area or have strong familiarity with the community Bring experience from multiple healthcare settings Be comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients Have experience managing pediatric medical concerns beyond routine wellness care Embrace a lifestyle medicine approach, emphasizing nutrition, exercise, behavior modification, and preventive strategies alongside traditional treatment plans Enjoy building long‑term patient relationships and promoting overall wellness Key Skills Required Patient assessment and clinical decision‑making Preventive care and wellness management Acute and chronic disease management Pediatric patient care Lifestyle medicine and patient coaching EMR documentation Interdisciplinary collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr Fast Track Hiring
