As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors while reporting security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:30 PM - 07:00 PMTue01:30 PM - 07:00 PMThur01:30 PM - 07:00 PMFri01:30 PM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed. Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious behavior or unauthorized access attempts to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and daily logs while communicating relevant information to incoming personnel and property representatives. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
