CADC Counselor: Group Therapy & Recovery Education
Advocate Health
Advocate Health is seeking an experienced addiction counselor to manage casework for patients and families. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments, formulate diagnostic summaries, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team and family when appropriate. You will conduct addiction-focused group counseling, supervise students under the Substance Use Service, deliver education on addiction and recovery, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Advocate Health
