Revenue Operations Specialist

Location: Remote, Open to talent throughout the United States Our leading SaaS client is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to support their team during their annual Go-To-Market (GTM) planning cycle and assist with ongoing territory, segmentation, and data management activities. This is a hands-on, data-intensive role that will work closely with Revenue Operations and other GTM stakeholders to prepare, validate, and maintain the data that underpins account segmentation, territory design, and sales coverage. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and has strong attention to detail and data quality. Responsibilities: Support annual territory and account segmentation planning, including data pulls, data preparation, analysis, and mapping updates. Prepare and manipulate large datasets used to support territory design, account assignments, and GTM planning. Perform rigorous data validation and quality assurance (QA) to ensure planning outputs are complete and accurate before and after implementation. Support the implementation of approved territory, segmentation, and account mapping changes across relevant systems and datasets. Help manage ongoing territory and mapping changes, including new-hire onboarding, employee offboarding, temporary coverage assignments, account reassignments, and other data uploads. Analyze and reconcile data across multiple sources and troubleshoot data quality, mapping, and hierarchy issues. Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to investigate discrepancies and ensure changes are implemented accurately and on schedule. Help document processes, business rules, and data requirements to improve the consistency and scalability of territory and segmentation operations. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a related field. Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including experience manipulating and validating large datasets. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-validation skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience working with Salesforce, including account and territory-related data; experience with account hierarchy and data management is a plus. Proficiency with Snowflake and SQL, including the ability to query, extract, and analyze data. Experience supporting territory planning, account segmentation, account assignment, or sales coverage processes strongly preferred. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute accurately in a fast-paced environment.
