We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Winona, MN . In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials flow efficiently throughout the facility.

Shift:
2nd: 3pm-1am, Mon-Thurs
Pay: $21-$25/hr, based on experience
Job Duties of a CNC Machine Operator:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machining equipment
- Operate CNC lathes including Mazak and Okuma machines
- Perform tooling changes, fixture setup, chuck setup, and material loading
- Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators for quality inspections
- Identify tool wear, machine malfunctions, and dimensional deviations
- Perform preventative maintenance
