Residential Counselor - MAP Location: May St Pay Range: $20 - $21.25 Schedule: (16 hours) Fri, Sat 11p-7a FLSA: Non-Exempt Benefits Time Off – 4 weeks combined vacation, personal and cultural holiday 12 paid holidays 2 weeks Sick Time Highly Specialized Paid Trainings including opportunity to earn CEUs HSA and Competitive Benefit Package 403B plan with discretionary match Wellness Activities Employee Assistance Program Career Development Opportunities Responsibilities Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; mental health experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency. Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma‑informed care. Bonus: lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese). #J-18808-Ljbffr
