Residential Counselor - Community Resources For Justice, Inc. Position located in Stoughton, Massachusetts. Full-time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt. Eligible for benefits with starting salary $18/hr. Schedule includes first/second shifts. What you’ll do Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips. Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in the Individual Service Plan. Act as a positive role model to help clients attain the highest quality of life while maintaining safety in all settings. Administer medications and complete required documentation such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records in a timely manner. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. Ability to obtain required certifications within the allotted time set forth by the agency. Pass a criminal check and driver’s check. Benefits & Compensation Eligible for benefits.
