Residential Counselor

Residentila Counselor Location: Stoughton, Massachusetts, United States. Position: Part‑time, 40 hours per week, non‑exempt. Eligible for benefits. Starting hourly rate: $18, with a pay range of $18–$22 per hour. Schedule: First and second shifts. CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Residential Counselors to support the wonderful individuals we serve. What you’ll do Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips. Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals identified in the clients’ Individual Service Plans. Act as a positive role model to help clients attain the highest quality of life while ensuring their safety across all settings. Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records, in a timely manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Desire to make a genuine difference in others’ lives. Ability to pass required certifications within agency‑specified timeframes.
