Project Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Metal Panel Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and industrial metal panel projects throughout the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented construction professional with hands‑on experience in architectural metal panels, exterior cladding systems, or commercial building envelopes. You will manage projects from pre‑construction through close‑out‑ensuring schedules are met, budgets are maintained, crews are coordinated, and clients receive the highest standard of service. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple metal panel projects simultaneously from planning to completion. Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and installation teams. Read and interpret construction drawings, architectural details, and shop drawings. Work closely with fabricators, estimators, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and project alignment. Conduct site visits, progress inspections, and quality‑control checks. Oversee project schedules, budget tracking, material planning, and procurement. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, GCs, architects, and vendors. Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists. Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, safe jobsite environment. Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide proactive solutions. Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing metal panel , cladding , sheet metal , or building envelope projects. Strong understanding of ACM, insulated metal panels, rain screen systems, and/or architectural sheet metal. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings. Excellent communication and client‑facing skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Competency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) is a plus. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites across DFW.
