What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a fast-paced Level 3 NICU with an average daily census of 17 patients
• Manage over 400 NICU admissions annually
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies like HFOV, nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including obstetric, pediatric, and nursing staff
• Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and future OB/GYN residents
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives within a regional perinatal center environment
• Support a family-centered, multidisciplinary approach to neonatal care

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• New Jersey medical license or eligible
• Proven experience in neonatal intensive care
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in teaching or mentorship
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for community engagement and quality patient care
