What You’ll Do

• Manage neonatal care in a 30-bed Level 3 NICU with an ADC of 17 patients
• Oversee care for over 400 NICU admissions annually
• Provide advanced neonatal interventions, including HFOV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic cooling
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, obstetric, and pediatric professionals
• Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and upcoming OB/GYN residents
• Support regional perinatal care in a busy hospital environment
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
• Work within a supportive community building long-term professional relationships

What You Need
Required:

• Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
• Valid medical license in New Jersey
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred:

• Prior experience in Level 3 NICU settings
• Involvement in medical education or mentorship roles
