We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Underground Utility Foreman to join our team. Job Responsibilities Oversee and manage utility construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met. Supervise and lead a team of construction workers to ensure work is being completed efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all work is being performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, safety inspections, and material orders. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process and work to find solutions quickly and effectively. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in utility construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Extensive knowledge of underground utility systems, including water, sewer, and gas. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. OSHA certification is a plus. Why Join Us?
