Position Overview:
We’re seeking an Electrical Foreman with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing field crews, managing job sites, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety protocols, and company standards
• Order materials and manage job site logistics
• Train, mentor, and evaluate apprentices and journeymen
• Maintain detailed job records and daily reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues in real time

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of field experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
• Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead Electrician
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Journeyman (required) or Master Electrician license (preferred)
• Commitment to safety, quality, and ongoing learning
