We are seeking a Project Foreman to join our team to facilitate, analyze and manage field labor forces as part of the on-site supervisory team. If you are driven to succeed, want to elevate yourself and those around you, and want to grow with a growing company, we want you!**DUTIES:*** Provide direct supervision, guidance and instruction to the field team under you.* Lead production with a focus on quality and safety with a basic understanding of project information and company policies while actively participating in producing these results* Provide leadership, training and coaching to the team members under you in your area of expertise* Communicate with balance of site supervision team to meet daily project demands/schedule* Facilitate process by coordination/procurement of material, equipment and manpower* Be an active participant in elevating the project team and expanding your knowledge/responsibility.* Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.* Multiple specialties available including; concrete, carpentry, etc.**REQUIREMENTS:*** Excellent communication skills* Ability to lead and train those around you.* Ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels.* Ability to read and interpret project documents relevant to your to your specialty* Minimum 3 years of related experience with 1 of those years being in a leadership position* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite* Valid DL and good driving record**BENEFITS TO YOU:**Our Full-Time employees enjoy full medical, dental and vision insurance.
