The Role: Fence Crew Foreman This is a frontline leadership position. You don’t just install fence. You own the job. You will: Lead your crew from job kickoff to completion Plan execution, manpower, equipment, and timing Set the daily pace and standard Communicate clearly with customers Assist to train and develop installers Enforce safety and quality expectations Complete all required documentation Protect productivity (85%+ efficiency standard) And most importantly: You are the Anomaly Smasher.
