By teaching and supervising exercises, you will be helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries while working directly with the doctors to promote a return to a full functioning, pain‑free life. Responsibilities Assist doctors with patient care, including physical therapy modalities and rehab exercises. Perform various administrative, marketing, and sales tasks as assigned. Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner. Perform physical therapy modalities under the direction of the doctor. Teach and monitor patients performing rehab exercises, and teach home exercises. Accurate and efficient data entry of billings and charges. Work with the front desk staff to optimize patient satisfaction. Disinfect and maintain treatment rooms and equipment. Front desk responsibilities: answering phones, taking messages, confirming appointments, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Collect and complete clinical research forms with patient data. Regularly communicate with patients, doctors, and other referral sources while working in a clinical environment, including direct patient care. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent degree. Previous experience preferred, but not required. Preferred backgrounds (not required) include: medical assistants, CNAs, chiropractic assistants, physical therapy techs, rehab aides, athletic trainers, and any other patient care or medical office professionals interested in making a difference in patients’ lives. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
