Key Responsibilities Utilizing clinical reasoning to evaluate movement dysfunction and uncover underlying issues through patient history and physical assessments. Collaboratively creating and modifying evidence-based care plans that align with each patient’s objectives, requirements, and lifestyle. Administering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other modalities to enhance function and alleviate pain. Monitoring significant patient outcomes and adapting your methods based on progress and clinical observations. Acting as a reliable resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery process. Qualifications Current Physical Therapist License in good standing in the state of Washington . Compensation and Benefits Salary: $85,000 - $105,000, plus productivity incentives.
