Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a vital role supporting students as a contract Occupational Therapist for an elementary caseload. This opportunity covers a maternity leave from August 18 through December 18, with full-time hours and the potential to extend for the entire school year. You’ll work near Oceanside, CA, helping young learners develop essential skills within a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with elementary-aged children is a plus
• Comfortable managing a caseload and performing required documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students in a school setting
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support student success
• Complete necessary documentation and progress reports
• Attend student support meetings and contribute OT expertise to team decisions
• Adapt interventions and supports according to student needs
