Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy strongly preferred
• Background working with elementary-aged children beneficial
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal setting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess, develop, and implement interventions to support student participation in classroom and school activities
• Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust therapy plans as needed in consultation with educational teams
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student development
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
