Grand Prairie, TX On-Site Flexibility/Remote: 100% Responsibilities Schedules/coordinates interview requests for hiring organizations. Assists in coordination of candidate travel if/when necessary. Monitors the completion of candidate background investigations and pre-employment requirements, ensuring completion. Executes the employee on-boarding process, from a candidate's acceptance through the first week report-to-work date. Maintains talent acquisition files pertaining to transactional occurrences. Ensuring I9 completions for all new hires. Provide support for ad hoc business needs Coordinating interviews with Managers SAP and Eightfold Integrating (onboarding) candidates Auditing requests for errors Basic Requirements 2+ years experience coordinating interviews 2+ years experience processing I9 forms No degree required (high school diploma okay) BrassRing and Leo system experience (nice to have) Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with candidates. Attention to detail 4+ years experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Teams experience) 1+ year Conference Call Coordination experience 1+ year Ability to meet deadlines experience 1+ year Relationship Building experience First Shift hours for position: 6:00am-4:30pm CST #J-18808-Ljbffr PlanIT Group
