Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $104.76 - $113.40

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

  • Schedule: Pending, but should be able to work a 6 hour shift
  • Total census per provider per shift: 6-10
  • Procedures required: General hospitalist cases
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
  • Support: To be determined
  • Certifications and license required: Active Wisconsin Medical License, ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Credentialing timeframe:60 days
