PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.5 days a week, 8 hours per day.The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with the patient's needs, goals, and physician direction. They are responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients while ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that effectively facilitate a return to community activities.
