Tiger Lily Flowers & Gifts is looking for EXPERIENCED floral designers to join our team. We are a multi-location floral company, with 3 locations in Las Vegas & Henderson.

AUDITION REQUIRED

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable with proven experience working in fast-paced retail and/or event settings.

Only professional & experienced floral designers will be invited to audition. Professional Designers have been paid for their work as a floral designer. Please no hobbyists or enthusiasts. No phone calls please. Calls can not be returned.

Salary will be determined based on audition performance.

Auditioning Candidates will be rated on:

• Technical Ability
• Design Mechanics
• Creativity
• Speed
• Experience - length & type
• Knowledge

Qualifications:

• 2 Years PAID Floral Design Experience

• Knowledge of, and experience working with various flowers, styles, and settings

• Experience in a production, event, or retail setting

• Ability to take direction and follow recipes

• Creativity and innovation in design
• Knowledge of current industry trends

Work Environment:

• Work involves continuous interaction with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment

• Typical motions include repetitive hand and arm movements, bending and reaching

• Responsible for moving and lifting 1-10 pounds regularly with a maximum weight lifted of 40 pounds

• Will spend the majority of time on feet and stand or walk without a break for up to 4 hours

• May be exposed to various allergens and work environments, including temperature changes
