Customer Communications & Support Representative

We have immediate openings for  Customer Communications & Support Representatives located at the Albany office. Our Customer Communications &Support Representatives understand the importance of teamwork and possess a “customer first” attitude. The right candidate also has excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and can successfully work independently.

Qualifications:

• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in electronic customer communications via email and online help is a plus.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Administrative tasks as assigned.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of our products & services so that you can successfully assist customers.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the company’s daily operations.
• Holiday coverage (rotation shared by all representatives)

Schedule:

• Main Care Energy operates 24 hours daily, 7 days a week. We have various shifts available. 8 hour shifts/5 day work week. 10 hour shifts/ 4 day work week. 

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Work Location:

Albany, New York. It is not a remote position. Reliable transportation is required. 

Experience and License Requirements

• Customer Service Experience 3 years minimum
• Microsoft Word and Excel
