Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry nursing
• Strong critical thinking, multi-tasking, and communication skills
• Experience with cardiac monitoring and electronic medical records is highly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Adaptability and a collaborative attitude

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms and patient progress
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care in a telemetry setting
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health staff, and care coordinators
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
