We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Compliance Coordinator to support quality, compliance, and credentialing initiatives across the organization.

The Compliance Coordinator supports organization-wide quality and compliance programs by coordinating compliance activities, managing credentialing and privileging processes, overseeing training administration, and supporting incident reporting and risk management efforts.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, review, and maintain Quality and Compliance policies and procedures.
• Maintain Quality and Compliance resources on the organization’s intranet.
• Prepare reports and documentation for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate and monitor the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) process and annual risk assessments.
• Conduct audits and maintain records related to compliance activities and investigations.
• Support the peer review process by compiling and distributing data.

• Coordinate provider credentialing and privileging activities, including initial appointments and renewals.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Credentials Verification Organizations (CVOs).
• Maintain provider credentialing files and track license and certification expirations.
• Prepare materials for credentialing committee meetings.

• Monitor and respond to reports submitted through the compliance hotline and incident reporting systems.
• Assist with investigations and corrective action plans.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Coordinate required compliance training and generate completion reports.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure training requirements are met.

• Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience in compliance, health information management, credentialing, or another healthcare-related field may substitute for the educational requirement.
• Two to three (2–3) years of experience in compliance, healthcare administration, credentialing, or quality improvement.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filtering, and sorting.
