Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Delightful Healing Haven, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Providing both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to aid patients in their recovery journey.

• Maintaining effective communication with collaborating healthcare professionals, including physicians and other specialists, to report on patient progress and any arising concerns.

• Coordinating care and discharge planning with patients, their families, and support systems to facilitate a smooth transition into the community.

• Conducting substance abuse assessments and integrating appropriate treatment interventions as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who are experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active state license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or an equivalent credential.

• At least three years of relevant experience in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n
