Regional Operations Leader — Multi-Site Growth & P&L

DaVita is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead about 10 dialysis centers and 200 teammates in the Woodburn, Oregon area. The role holds complete accountability for $30-$50MM in P&L, with strategic and tactical oversight to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care. You will shape growth, monitor performance, and partner with senior leaders to align with DaVita’s mission and core values.
