If you've been waiting to work somewhere genuinely building on the frontier, this is it.What You'll DoOwn the full hiring cycle: Drive end-to-end recruiting for R&D roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data — from sourcing passive candidates and crafting precise Boolean searches to closing senior hires who had multiple competing offers.Become a strategic partner — not a req-filler: Work directly with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, pressure-test job specs, build pipelines ahead of headcount approval, and contribute meaningfully to workforce planning as we scale.Source where others don't: Build and execute creative sourcing strategies using Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional channels. The candidates we want aren't applying — you'll go get them.Close with a data advantage: Own the candidate experience end-to-end — interview coordination, offer strategy, compensation discussions — and leverage Pave's own market compensation data to close candidates with confidence and transparency.Build the infrastructure, be ready to scale: Own pipeline metrics and reporting in Greenhouse and Gem, design and run our interviewer calibration and training program, and continuously improve recruiting process quality.Use AI as a multiplier: Bring genuine fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools to your day-to-day — candidate research, outreach personalization, pipeline summaries, sourcing signal.
