And they need a technical recruiter who has done this before.The RoleThis is a full-cycle technical recruiting seat at a company where recruiting is a competitive advantage, not an administrative function. You’ll own engineering hiring end-to-end — sourcing, screening, and closing software engineers from IC through executive level — while managing 4–5 open roles simultaneously and building the recruiting infrastructure that scales with the team.You’ll be working directly with first-time hiring managers who need to be educated, not just served — showing them what great looks like, what a good interview process feels like, and how to make fast decisions in a competitive market.
