Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume litigation matters from inception through trial Draft and prepare discovery shells, pleadings, correspondence, and case materials Coordinate and maintain litigation calendars and deadlines Prepare hearing, mediation, deposition, and trial notebooks File documents in Texas state and federal courts Assist with trial preparation and case strategy execution Conduct legal and factual research Qualifications 6+ years of litigation paralegal experience Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure Experience with state and federal court filings Ability to work independently and proactively Strong organizational and communication skills Trial attendance and preparation experience highly preferred Technology Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Acrobat Westlaw PACER/ECF Texas E-Filing Quarterly bonus opportunity Fully paid employee medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid parking 401(k) with company match Paid maternity leave Generous PTO and paid holidays Hybrid flexibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
