As a Server at Jashan , you’ll be the face of our dining experience — guiding guests through our menu, sharing the stories behind our dishes, and ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for. At Jashan, hospitality is more than service; it’s connection, tradition, and celebration.

You’ll play an essential role in delivering the elevated yet warm experience we are known for.

Responsibilities: 

• Execute service steps with precision, consistency, and warmth
• Support captains and managers throughout service
• Learn menu details, ingredients, techniques, and service standards
• Maintain awareness of guest needs and the pace of the room
• Carry food and beverages with confidence and care
• Participate fully in training, sidework, prep, and closing duties
• Protect the professionalism and quality of the dining room

Qualifications: 

• Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Fine dining or upscale exposure is helpful
• Genuine interest in food, beverage, and hospitality
• High coachability and strong work ethic
• Previous experience as a server is preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
