Michigan's Adventure is seeking motivated college students interested in developing leadership and management skills through hands-on operational experience. Our Operations Management Internship Program offers opportunities in Waterpark Operations, Ride Operations, Park Services Management and Food & Beverage Management.

Interns will work directly with park leaders and department management teams to support daily operations, staffing, training, guest service, safety, and associate engagement while helping create memorable experiences for our guests.

This is an internship opportunity for spring and summer of 2027.

Internships Available

• Waterpark Operations
  • Assist with daily waterpark operations, training initiatives, guest service programs, and administrative support.
• Ride Operations
  • Support attraction operations, safety compliance, scheduling, and associate development.
• Park Services Management
  • Help lead cleanliness, appearance, and operational excellence initiatives throughout the park.
• Food & Beverage Management
  • Gain experience in restaurant operations, staffing, training, scheduling, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist department leaders with daily operations and administrative functions.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, and associate development initiatives.
• Help ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
• Participate in operational audits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Assist with reporting and business administration tasks.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support park-wide initiatives.
• Gain hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Pursing a degree in a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
