Human Resources Administrator

The Rosen Group is seeking a contract HR Administrator for a non-profit organization near Bridgewater, NJ. Reporting to the Director of HR, this role provides core administrative support, assists with payroll and HRIS management, and delivers compassionate service to team members across the organization. This is a hybrid role- 2 days remote. Estimated length of contract is 3-6 months Key Responsibilities HR Support & Operations: Maintain confidential personnel files, prepare HR correspondence/reports, and serve as the main contact for basic policy and benefits questions. HRIS & Payroll Support: Update team records in ADP Workforce Now, review timecards for payroll processing, track benefit enrollments, and run routine reports. Compliance: Coordinate unemployment claims and handle employment verification requests. Culture & Engagement: Support employee communications and deliver responsive, high-touch customer service aligned with the mission. Key Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative or HR support role. Experience in non-profit, healthcare, or senior living is a plus. Systems:ADP Workforce Now (WFN) experience preferred. Proficient in MS Office. Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
