Job Summary

Support solid-state battery development by executing cell fabrication, processing materials, and managing lab operations. Key responsibilities include running experiments with scientists, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documenting test results.

Core Responsibilities

• Cell Fabrication & Testing: Build coin cells, pouch cells, or proprietary solid-state devices following strict SOPs.
• Experiment Support: Partner with engineers and scientists on materials processing, metrology, and lab experiments.
• Data & Documentation: Record experimental data, track inventory, and report anomalies or results using MS Office or internal tools.
• Lab Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and ensure equipment and supplies are in good condition.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of hands-on experience in a laboratory, R&D, or process manufacturing environment.
• Physical & Environmental: Ability to work in a dry room, fume hood, or glovebox requiring fine motor skills and lifting up to 15-25 lbs.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, team-focused, and able to communicate observations clearly.

Highly Desired Qualifications

• Experience in the battery industry or hi-tech device assembly.
• Knowledge of failure analysis, ceramic coatings, or microscope-scale products.

Shift Details

Swing Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
