Reconciliation Specialist

Hourly pay rate: $23.00 per hour

Monday through Friday: 7:30 am to 4 pm

The Reconciliation Specialist will create reports and procedures to identify areas for rebate growth efficiently, within the Company and Distribution Center standards.

You will:

• Review rebate data prior to submission to ensure correct dollar amounts are claimed
• Review for additional rebate dollar opportunities to enhance company profitability
• Submit and collect rebates payment from vendors based on the various requirements from 35+ vendors (specific to collector)
• Reconcile any discrepancies between claimed amount and payment directly with vendors via email and phone
• Maintain and update procedural documents
• Generate various reports

You have:

• A High School Diploma is the minimum; an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
• 1+ years in pricing, contracts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or data entry required, experience within a distribution or wholesale industry preferred.
• Comfortability with high volume data input and speed and accuracy during task completion
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
