As a Recruitment Coordinator you help keep the Talent Acquisition pipeline moving and be a liaison between the Recruiters and the management teams that are hiring. This role can be fully remote. Primary ResponsibilitiesKeep Greenhouse (ATS) up to date with current openings and updated job descriptions.Create new requisitions for open positions as they open, and ensure job details are entered accurately.Help schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers upon request.Send out DISC personality assessments to candidates in the assessment stage as needed.Verify offer letter details, facilitate approvals, and send to candidates for signature.Ensure Onboarding teams have all information and documentation needed to enter new hires into HRIS, facilitate background checks, drug tests, etc. Manage prospective candidates in Greenhouse. Coordinate travel for candidates coming to corporate for interviews as needed. Close requisitions in Greenhouse as needed and repost as requested.May conduct phone screens when needed.Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and offer process.Why EquipmentShare?Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
