What You Will Do
You will support end users and IT operations by:
- Providing Tier I support via phone, chat, remote tools, and on-site assistance as needed
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems
- Assisting with installation, configuration, and use of software including Office 365 and enterprise applications
- Supporting remote access tools such as VPN and RSA SecurID
- Delivering high-quality customer service and adhering to defined service standards
- Creating and maintaining user documentation and knowledge base content
- Communicating alerts and updates through multiple channels
- Supporting mobile device management platforms and device configurations
- Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
- Escalating complex issues and supporting Tier II teams as needed
- Participating in projects and initiatives to support evolving technology environments
- Strong experience with Mac
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
- Experience with Active Directory for user account management
- Experience supporting Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
- Familiarity with VPN and remote access tools such as Cisco AnyConnect and RSA SecurID
- Experience working in IT call center or service desk environments
- Experience with ticketing and knowledge management systems such as BMC Helix (Remedy)
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including support for executive-level users
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for on-site hardware support
- A+ certification
- Familiarity with MDM tools such as JAMF, Apple Business Manager, Workspace ONE, or Intune
- College degree or equivalent technical training
