ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1992 and is a small, close-knit team of two full-time members, with plans to grow. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a business analyst in the insurance industry, which gave me a strong foundation in both the technical and service sides of the business. I also come from a family of State Farm agents, so helping people protect what matters most has always been part of my life.

I attended Indiana University, am married with grown children, and now enjoy time with my grandchild. Family is incredibly important to me, and that same family-first mindset carries into the way our office operates. Im also a founding board member of the Boone County Mentoring Partnership, and staying involved in the community has always been a priority.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Teresa Susong - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
