Location: Silver Memories
Pay Rate: Starting at $28.75+/hour (with annual increases of $0.25/hour for each year of experience)

Shifts Available:

• Full Time 6p-6a and 6p-6a

• PRN

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other medical professionals

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments

• Provide wound care and manage dressing changes

• Collect specimens for lab testing

• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond promptly and empathetically to their needs
