Full job description: Downey Community Health Center is an independent (NOT CORPORATE), 198-bed family‑owned skilled nursing facility serving the Downey Community for over 40 years. Responsibilities Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Coordinates care of assigned residents, including the assessment of residents’ needs and development of a resident care plan. Assesses signs and symptoms indicating changes in patients’ condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets information from health‑care members and documents and reports to charge RN and/or MD. Oversees unit staff to ensure delivery of timely and quality care. Other RN duties as assigned. Qualifications Active California RN license. At least 2 years of experience as an RN in a skilled nursing facility. Ability to multi‑task. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Must be vaccinated.
