HELP WANTED Logistics Manager Souter Limestone and Minerals, LLC Souter Limestone and Minerals, LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee scheduling, dispatch, and customer-facing operations across our Fine Grind and Legacy product lines. This role also carries direct responsibility for managing the scale house. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing day-to-day dispatch work with sales support. Duties and Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include the following: Fine Grind Scheduling and dispatch of fine grind loads Customer service Sales support Assistance/scheduling with weekend fine grind ticketing Additional help as needed Legacy Scheduling and dispatch of legacy loads Management of the scale house Sales of orders less than 5,000 tons Additional help as needed This position is also responsible for managing the scale house. Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, scheduling, or a related field preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Sales or customer account experience a plus Availability to assist with weekend shipping as needed Basic computer/scheduling software proficiency Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
