The role is instrumental in advancing creative standards and adopting new technologies within the media landscape.**Job Description****Responsibilities:*** Orchestrating the design process to craft advanced creative solutions that address specific on-air or off-air client challenges* Leading the translation of strategic visions into compelling visual concepts, ensuring they align with internal client objectives* Guiding design teams in the creation and execution of artwork and layouts, fostering an environment of artistic excellence* Championing the use of cutting-edge graphic design software and technology to enhance project outcomes* Mentoring design staff, sharing expertise to elevate the team's proficiency in professional design concepts and processes* Innovating within the creative space by readily adopting new design technologies and pushing the boundaries of traditional media* Managing the workflow of complex design projects to ensure timely delivery while upholding the highest quality standards* Analyzing design challenges from a broad perspective to recommend effective, strategic solutions that drive client satisfaction* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
