Physical Therapist

Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Physical Therapist located in Sister Bay, WI. The Physical Therapist will focus on assessing patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to restore function, manage pain, and enhance mobility. Responsibilities include working with patients across a range of conditions, documenting progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients on recovery and exercise practices to promote wellness. The role also includes supporting patients with in‑clinic care and contributing to home care plans. Qualifications Strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Experience and expertise in Medicine and Patient Care Ability to provide high‑quality care in both clinic and Home Care settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and patient education Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Wisconsin Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent qualifications Knowledge of evidence‑based practices and a commitment to professional development Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Door County Medical Center
