Customer Care Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist with inquiries related to sales and billing. This role will involve answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to schedule appointments with customers. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service and support, we’d love to hear from you!Position: (includes but are not limited to)Answer customer phone calls and process paymentsHave a working knowledge of pricing, availability and function of the services and equipment available to their customers across our service footprint.Work with field technicians and other associates to schedule on site technician visitsMaintain a positive and friendly demeanor when engaging customers on the phone or in person.Act as a liaison with customers to handle new service requests, service plan changes, disconnects and service questions or concerns.Professional and effective communication with customers when on the phone, email, or in person.ScheduleFull-time position, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunitiesShifts range from Sunday – Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating weekend schedulesCompensation & Benefits$18.00 per hourBonus potential401(k) matchingPaid Time OffDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceBasic QualificationsDependable, reliable, and trustworthyInterested in learning and becoming educated on all of the products offeredHigh School Diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr Metro Communications and Conxxus
