We are currently seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware.

What You’ll Do

As an Early Intervention OT, you will:

  • Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
  • Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
  • Deliver therapy in natural environments - homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
  • Use electronic documentation for each visit
  • Complete weekly scheduled visits
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
  • Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
  • Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Pay: Up to $75 per visit based on experience
