Key Responsibilities

• Provide call-only coverage
• Manage an average of 10 patients per shift
• Work within an inpatient practice environment
• Handle approximately 5 phone consultations and see 4 patients during a 24-hour call period
• Respond to calls within a required 30-minute timeframe
• Perform arthroscopy and joint replacement procedures
• Conduct spine surgeries, both with and without instrumentation

Requirements

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $200.00 to $240.00
• Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications
• Rates are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work
