Requirements Provider must be willing to work ALL shifts: 7a-7p, 10a-10p, 7p-7a Credentialing Requirement: Board Certification- NCCPA, ANCCA, AANP- BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP- all must be through either American Heart Association or American Red Cross Please note that every bid MUST have the following information listed on each bid. -Phone number -Active License Number -Active state DEA Number -Email -Address (provider must be 90+ miles from facility) -NP/PA -DOB If your bid is accepted, you must submit the credentialing documents by the deadline given by the onboarding coordinator.
