This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to support our legal team while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys. Prepare and organize legal documents and correspondence. Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist with billing and invoicing processes. Perform general office duties to support legal staff. Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional legal education preferred. Proven experience as a receptionist or legal assistant. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
