Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Administrative Coordinator to join our Titling and Compliance team. This role is responsible for coordinating critical administrative processes, supporting client transactions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicle registration and credentialing requirements.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to both clients and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Administrative & Transaction Coordination

  • Prepare, organize, and ship license plates, decals, permit books, and other credentialing materials

  • Coordinate local deliveries and pickups with the post office and state agencies

  • Track and follow up on base plating activities and outstanding requirements

  • Assist with fuel tax refund follow-up activities and documentation

  • Collect, review, and organize state-specific requirements and supporting documentation

  • Ensure applications and client submissions are completed accurately and on schedule

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation within company systems

Client Support & Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding registration and titling activities

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and government agencies

  • Provide timely updates and ensure a positive client experience throughout the process

  • Follow through on commitments and proactively resolve issues when they arise

Operational Support & Process Improvement

  • Assist with company event planning and administrative projects

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance accuracy

  • Support team initiatives focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction

Qualifications Required

  • 2+ years of administrative, coordinator, customer service, or office support experience

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for occasional local errands

Preferred

  • Experience working with documentation, compliance, logistics, transportation, or fleet-related processes

  • Experience interacting directly with clients in a professional environment

  • Familiarity with process improvement and workflow management
